好心情

昨晚11點多上電腦看一下電郵
看到一封來自facebook的信
說有人要加我
我看了一下
那人的名字好熟悉好熟悉
我讓她加我
然後我寫信問她
問她是我高中同學還是大學同學
一時間我竟弄不清她是我那時的同學

信寄出後
將高中年鑑拿出來
哈哈!
她是我高中的同學
這時我正好在facebook上
看她也正好在
趕緊寫個Hi過去
她說我們已30年沒連絡了
我興奮的不得了
我閉眼都還記得她高中的樣子呢

真感謝有這facebook
要不我是永遠也找不到她的
我告訴她還好我在我的英文名字後加了中文名字
要不她看我照片和英文名字
肯定不會知道是我的
真是太高興了

昨晚看錄下的Oprah show
她的一位來賓分享了一個百萬餅乾的食譜(得獎的食譜)
今早我就做了
有點像大餅包小餅
還不錯
要配上杯茶或咖啡更好
食譜如下:

Double-Delight Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
Makes 24 cookies

* 1/4 cup Fisher dry-roasted peanuts , finely chopped(我用打碎機打成花生粉狀)
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1/2 cup powdered sugar
* 1 roll (16.5 ounces) Pillsbury refrigerated peanut butter cookies , well chilled (切時案板上灑點麵粉要不會沾板)
* Crisco original no-stick cooking spray(我沒用)

Heat oven to 375°. In small bowl, mix chopped peanuts, granulated sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

In another small bowl, stir peanut butter and powdered sugar until completely blended. Shape mixture into 24 balls, about 1 inch each.

Cut roll of cookie dough into 12 slices. Cut each slice in half crosswise to make 24 pieces; flatten slightly. Shape 1 cookie dough piece around 1 peanut butter ball, covering completely. Repeat with remaining dough and balls.

Roll each covered ball in peanut mixture; gently pat mixture completely onto balls. On ungreased large cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart. Spray bottom of drinking glass with Crisco original no-stick cooking spray(我用平底玻璃杯沾花生粉來壓,不會沾); press into remaining peanut mixture. Flatten each ball to 1/2-inch thickness with bottom of glass. Sprinkle any remaining peanut mixture evenly on tops of cookies; gently press into dough.

Bake 7 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Store tightly covered. (我只烤了10分鐘)
